We positively encourage training for our software - we have tried to make the process as painless and as simple as possible and you should find that it becomes intuitive once you have accessed the systems. However, because of the range of functionality that is available, we would advise training so as to understand all the intricacies available.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch should you require a demonstration - we can set up a test instance for you in our test environment. This is a standalone area so there will be no interruption for the live data on the system - both systems are independent of each other.
We take the sensitivity of our client data very seriously. All our data is encryptyed using the 128-bit encryption method on all communications.
Absolutely! It is entirely up to you to decide what modules your organisation will require and who within the organisation will require those modules - you have ultimate flexibility in the set up of your organisation.
We offer a number of support packages each of varying detail - again you are free to select which one best befits your organisation - we can of course offer recommendations based on the information you give us to give you the best possible solution.
The system is scaleable from 1 person upwards meaning that we can cater for a small company of just one person if necessary up to corporate giants employing thousands of people.
