ProSoft HR Learning and DevelopmentKeeping staff up to date with courses is vital for staff retention and staff career progression whilst also allocating budgetary requirements at departmental level for training & development.

A comprehensive dashboard gives HR administrators complete control over budget allocation and course instances. Courses can be easily filtered to particular groups of staff members who will then be able to see the most relevant courses associated with their position. Staff members can then apply for these courses which initiates an approval workflow for their managers and HR administrators. Once courses have been completed staff members will be forms to complete to review their courses thereby allowing the company to assess the business and financial benefits of the particular training.

The ProSoft HR Learning and Development module has been developed to work closely with the Succession Planning and Appraisal modules.
